“Leah is such an attentive and knowledgeable coach, she listens to your challenges and tailors your training to your goals, strengths, and weaknesses.

Thanks to her I managed to improve my handstand, cossack squat, and pistol squat and finally I was able to do a strict muscle up, which has been on my bucket list for such a long time.”

There’s no better feeling than finally hitting your goal movement for the first time.

Seeing progress from week to week.

(And yes, looking cool on Instagram.)

But if you’ve been training bodyweight and mobility consistently, you know how frustrating it is to plateau. You’ve made progress, but some movements are still out of reach—and you have no idea why.

  • You’ve tried one-off programs and attended workshops.

  • You’ve watched every video on Youtube about it.

  • You’ve subscribed to multiple apps.

Maybe you’re starting to think that getting a freestanding handstand, nailing your first ring muscle up, doing 10 pull ups in a row—name your skill—might not be in the cards for your body.

I’ve been there.

And over the course of my own 10+ year training and coaching journey, I’ve learned that these thoughts are 100% normal.

Let’s uncover the reasons you might be feeling stuck.

Because usually, it comes down to three barriers that stop you from progressing.

Your program is good… but not for YOU.

Look, I’m not saying your program is “wrong.” There are tons of fantastic programs out there. But each person is unique. There are so many variables to consider when determining if your routine is serving you well.

While advice like "just do X and Y and you’ll get it eventually" has good intentions, it’s a little too generic.

Don’t you want to make sure the hours you’re putting in are actually getting you somewhere?

You’re focusing too hard on the movement itself.

I know you’re dying to finally nail that handstand or pull up—but this tunnel vision might actually be holding you back. By focusing too much on the final movement, you're probably neglecting the progressions, volume, and timelines that will get you there.

If you move too fast, you risk injury. Move too slow, you stall progress. You need to find your “goldilocks zone” to make steady and sustainable gains.

You don’t have an accurate picture of what’s missing.

To build a foundation of strength, mobility, and stability, you have to know what’s missing. Without this awareness, even the most consistent practice may not get you to your goal movements.

Even if you read every Reddit post, watch endless Reels, and attend live workshops, you may still not be aware of what’s holding you back. An expert set of eyes on your routine can get you the feedback you need to optimize your program.

Here’s how to get to the next level.

It IS possible to break through your plateau or learn that sweet move.
And it’s easier than you think.

With expert guidance and a tailored program, you will:

  • Learn the “why” behind your lagging progress

  • Get an accurate picture of your strengths and areas to work on

  • Feel empowered and ready to tackle even more ambitious goals

  • Up your own coaching game (for all you trainers out there) and feel like you can “walk the walk” with your clients

  • Create a plan for the future so you can progress independently (if that’s your jam)

  • Look awesome showing off your new skills

Sound good? I’ll help you get there!

Hey, I’m Leah.

Handstand junkie, coffee connoisseur, and dabbler in martial arts. I’ve been coaching athletes from all over the world in calisthenics, strength, and mobility for a decade.

You might have seen me doing cool stuff on Instagram, but it didn’t come easily to me.

I didn’t do gymnastics as a kid. I couldn’t do a pull up until my early 20s. I only got my first ring muscle up 5 years ago.

And as a petite woman (my unofficial fighter nickname is “The Flying Squirrel”), it’s been an uphill battle to gain upper body strength.

Because of my background, I had to get creative with my training.

I treated the gym like my personal lab. I also soaked up knowledge from every certification I could get my hands on. I became a Certified NASM Trainer (2015), a GMB Fitness Lead Trainer, and a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist – just to name a few.

Now, I bring an attitude of problem-solving to my coaching.

For example:

  • You’re not “too tall” to do a handstand. You just have to develop the proper body awareness.

  • You’re not “too heavy” to do a pull up (or to do 10 pull ups in a row). You can build pull up strength regardless of your size.

  • You’re not “too old” to work on the splits. You can increase your range of motion at any age.

Whatever your current limitations are, you can work through them and finally reach your goals.

The missing piece of the puzzle is out there—and I can help you find it!

“I've been watching Leah’s training on Instagram for a while. After every reel and story, I thought: I also want to train like that. But following her handstand work over the past year really made me want to hire her as my coach.

We've been working online together for just over two months and the experience has been great. Our specific focus is handstands, but Leah has included mobility and strength drills to keep me balanced. I'm working on my pancake, rope climbs, and I spend a lot of time upside down.

As a coach, Leah is engaged, available, perceptive and encouraging. She challenges me within my limits, so it always feels like I'm progressing. It has been a lot of fun so far.”

“Leah is an extremely talented coach with a smart eye for identifying individual needs and tackling them. After explaining to her my goals (core + leg strength + pulling work), she walked me through a series of exercises that were precisely what I needed.

I feel I am very close to doing an unassisted pull up now (I have never pulled a thing before in my life!). I am very pleased to have found her and her welcoming personality!”
