Lower Body & Core Fundamentals - Template Program (5 Weeks)
This five-week program focuses on core stability and endurance, leg strength, and lower body mobility.
Each week includes two 30-45 minute sessions, with one session that focuses on weight training and endurance, and one session that focuses on lower body mobility and unweighted leg drills.

Pre-reqs:
Ability to get into a deep squat hold for 30 seconds.
Equipment:
Circle bands, dumbbells (light to heavy), and a stability/yoga ball.
