Next Level Pull Ups - Template Program (5 Weeks)
If you're plateaued with your pull ups, want to increase the number of pull ups you can do, and/or want to improve the quality of your pull ups, this five-week program is for you!
The program includes two 30-45 minute pull up workouts per week.

Pre-reqs:
- Ability to perform 3 full range dead-hang pull ups
Equipment:
- Pull up bar, pull up bands, dumbbells (light to heavy), and rings or TRX straps.
